Education High school diploma or GED Job Description **A+FCU is growing and we are seeking a dynamic individual to assist with the processing for our Indirect Loans. Your role will be to provide outstanding service to internal members and perform a variety of support functions for the membership.**

**Essential Functions**
* Process indirect contracts for accuracy/completeness, verify they meet approval guidelines and documents have been signed.
* Contact dealers to resolved issues quickly and efficiently.
* Receive contracts electronically for review and verify completed loan documents.
* Separate documents received from different avenues and scan through imaging system.
* Input information into the system and fund loans.
* Open indirect membership accounts, check for account eligibility and follow-up/resolve any failures.
* Maintain assigned percentage of loans funded per month.
* Notify dealers when contracts are funded.
* Prepare release of liens when needed.
* Balance indirect dealer EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers) totals and notify dealers of amount received.
* Answer all incoming calls and assist members by providing accurate/detailed information and resolve issues that are atypical
* Answer incoming calls for dealer questions and provide information on pending/completed contracts.
* Maintain assigned percentage of calls answered from the group line on a monthly basis.
* Process payoffs from dealerships.
* Assist all lending areas as needed.
* Perform other credit union functions/responsibilities as required or assigned
**Certifications/Registrations: This position requires registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry on an annual basis in addition to maintaining updates as needed. Initial registration is required immediately upon hire into this position. Failure to register or maintain a current registry, or any criminal activity that would bar continued participation as a MLO may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.**

Job Requirements
**Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* One year of general office experience preferred
* One year of sales and service focused experience preferred
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
* Basic math/accounting skills
* Skilled use of phone system, computer and all related software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, research, problem solving skills and dealing with potential conflict
* Knowledgeable in products and services related to a financial institution
