What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate is responsible for applying business and system analysis techniques and procedures, evaluating results and completing assigned Information Technology (IT) functions. This includes collaborating with business unit representatives to identify opportunities to apply technology to meet business needs, managing and prioritizing routine IT tasks as well as various projects from concept through completion while meeting deadlines.
Education, Skills, Experience, and Requirements Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, or an appropriate combination of education, training and experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills pertaining to business operations.
Broad knowledge and experience with various software systems both self-hosted and cloud-based services.
Prior experience in healthcare, particularly in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred.
Professional certification preferred in one or more relevant areas (Project Management Professional (PMP), Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CCBA)
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
