When you join us as a IS Field Support Specialist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

Through collaboration with vendors, procurement staff and operational leadership, assess functional needs of the business in relation to hardware and software standards.

Participates in workflow analysis, design, configuration, evaluation, testing, implementation, training, end-user support, and ancillary clinical systems.

Act as liaison between IT and Branch Sites/Offices for various Information Systems and Operational projects and evolutions

Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in other IT teams such as Clinical Applications, IS Admins, and Infrastructure to resolve user issues.

Monitor and complete all support and project related tasks and activities.

Utilize industry best practices to maintain appropriate level of LAN/WAN and computer systems security as established

You Are: Genuinely passionate about new technologies and remain current on new tools; assist with evaluation and in making recommendations as necessary to continuously improve efficiency of software development process.

Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, while working in close partnership with cross-functional teams and vendors

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: Previous IT experience required

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) preferred

CompTIA A+ Certification preferred

Experience in clinical systems implementation preferred
