As an Internal Audit Team Manager Sr., you will be within PNC's Internal Audit organization, supporting the Internal Audit Data Management Center of Excellence Audit team. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

Primary Qualifications:

* 2-3 Years of Data Management Audit/Data Risk Management experience preferably in the financial industry; experience leading Internal Audit Center of Excellence or similar programs to streamline audit coverage for enterprise data a plus.* Strong knowledge of audit methodology and/or understanding of risks, data governance and data management, data lineage, data quality, etc.

Job Description

* Plans and leads internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, efficiency of operations, and compliance with applicable regulations.* Performs planning and risk assessment activities, develops audit scope, objectives, and work plans. Selects appropriate audit tests, identifies key controls, and uses statistical methods, surveys, interviews and computer-assisted audit techniques. Performs detailed and general reviews of internal audit work paper documentation. May perform complex testing procedures and audit risk and control assessments.* Makes recommendations regarding the deployment of team resources and performs talent management activities. Coaches and drives development of team members.* Coordinates procedures and reviews work papers supporting audit of internal controls, business processes, and account balances.* Maintains awareness of internal control audit trends to assure audit processes remain effective.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $194,350.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
