About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Vice President for Iberian FS&I sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve booking targets within the defined region. This role involves leading all sales activities, being accountable for the total sales results of the team, and participating in defining territories and target accounts. The RVP will also mentor and coach team members, build and maintain customer relationships, and ensure the team's success in software revenue, relationship building, and forecast accuracy.Applicants must have many years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, a proven track record of leading teams through change, and an extensive network in the consultancy market, particularly with the largest consultancies or "big 4." Management skills in strategy and tactical planning, territory decision-making, and consultative solution selling are essential. Extensive experience in the Banking industry is a requirement, with a strong preference for candidates who have also sold into the Insurance market. The role demands a high level of energy, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to collaboration and diversity.
