Job Summary
We are seeking a Business to Business Development Rep to join our team! As a Business to Business Development Manager, you will be working with each and every department in the company to understand their training needs, and develop new systems and strategies for training, learning, and growth. Ultimately your success will be measured by the success of those around you, and how well you can identify new opportunities for development. The ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills, experience building a training program, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Work closely with multiple departments to determine their training and knowledge needs
In person sales and marketing training
Design and implement new training programs, including creating materials, videos, and other content
Troubleshoot problem areas and offer solutions for existing programs
Build and maintain a library of resources and knowledge for the team
Manage the budget of your department, ensuring all programs you implement are cost-effective
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing new, successful training programs
The ability to work well independently
Experience using learning management systems
