Job Overview:

As a Restoration Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver in expanding Envision Construction’s restoration services. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing restoration contracts. Responsibilities:

Market Research and Opportunity Identification:

Conduct thorough research to identify emerging markets, potential clients, and growth opportunities in the restoration industry.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Develop strategies to target specific segments (e.g., water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation).

2. Client Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with insurance companies, property managers, real estate agents, and other industry stakeholders.

Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand Envision Construction’s presence.

Understand client needs and tailor proposals to address their unique restoration requirements.

3. Sales and Contract Acquisition:

Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing restoration contracts.

Collaborate with pursuit teams to create winning proposals.

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scopes.

Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with clients.

4. Revenue Forecasting and Projections:

Work closely with the executive team to set revenue targets and growth objectives for restoration services.

Create accurate sales projections based on market analysis and historical data.

Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Subject Matter Expertise:

Develop expertise in restoration techniques, regulations, and best practices.

Leverage your knowledge to guide the team and provide valuable insights.

Qualifications:
