We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. What You Will Do
As the Program Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team and will be primarily responsible for supporting and encouraging a person-centered approach to the overall delivery of these services for individuals to live a meaningful life in the community. You will ensure programmatic compliance for each assigned service recipient/caseload is met per individual plan, State/Federal, Oklahoma Human Services Developmental Disability Services (DDS) and VOAOK agency policies. The Program Coordinator must utilize professional discretion and represent the agency in an effective leadership role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor implementation and progress of the person-centered plans for all individuals on assigned caseload.
Supervise direct support professionals and manage staffing schedules within authorized plans.
Responsible for the fiscal management of the assigned caseloads containment of overtime, budgeting staffing authorizations, service recipient's personal funds, and social security and DDS eligibility.
Complete in person site visits to service recipients' homes per state and agency policy.
Coordinate services with healthcare providers and other professional services.
Be accessible to direct service staff and available to respond, in person if necessary, to after-hours emergencies.
Provide direct support to service recipients, as needed.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring: 4 years of any combination of college level education or full-time equivalent experience in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
3 years of experience in a supervisory position.
Knowledge of government programs and health/social services preferred.
Possess a valid Driver's License & have proof of current liability automobile insurance (your name must be on the policy).
Competent user of all MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
