The invoicing coordinator will

* Manage and oversee the entire invoice processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

* Review and verify invoices for correctness, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are obtained.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.

* Maintain organized records of all invoices and related financial documents for audit purposes.

* Implement and uphold company policies and procedures related to invoice processing and payment.

* Provide support and training to staff on invoice processing systems and best practices.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.

Skills and Requirements

HS GED

3+ years of experience working in an administrative setting

Prior experience processing invoices * Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.

* Ability to carry out broad assignments with minimal supervision.

* Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive matters in a confidential and professional manner.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite

* Cultural sensitivity is a must.
