Responsibilities:
+ Take ownership of agile facilitation across multiple software development teams located in different geographic regions.
+ Schedule, manage, and facilitate backlog refinement sessions, daily stand-ups, and other team events.
+ Facilitate communication among product development team members to ensure that high-value work takes precedence in the backlog.
+ Foster daily collaboration to remove impediments and mitigate risks.
+ Advocate for Agile values, principles, and practices within the teams.
+ Promote the growth of Agile maturity among product development team members, scaling best practices.
+ Cultivate an environment of trust, collaboration, and experimentation within the team.
+ Create information radiators to enhance visibility and transparency between development teams, stakeholders, and the organization.
+ Collaborate closely with release management to ensure quality feature completion aligned with the application release cadence.
+ Manage development team backlogs, including work prioritization, assignment, and tracking using Jira.
+ Create, manage, and publish team metrics and reporting derived from Jira data.
+ Assist in the administration of Jira to maintain an efficient workflow.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in management or a relevant field
+ Experience in retail industry will be preferable
+ Agile experience is highly desired
+ 5 to 7 years’ experience in project management or scrum
+ Excellent organizational, communication, management, and leadership skills
+ Experience with budget, scope, and schedule management
+ Excellent problem-solving ability, relevant domain, and analytical skill
+ Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
