About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Technology - Fraud Internal Surveillance Alerting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding critical internal fraud alerts, ensuring that alert reviews meet service level agreements, and overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the alerting process. This role involves close collaboration with control partners, technology teams, and stakeholders across various divisions to identify new alert opportunities and support alert governance for both internal and external control teams, as well as regulatory inquiries.Key qualifications for this position include experience in the fraud field, preferably with a background in leading or managing high-performing teams. The candidate should be highly motivated, capable of working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, and possess strong data analysis skills to inform control opportunities and investigative matters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to create presentation materials for senior stakeholders and maintain a robust quality control process. Experience with data discovery/analysis tools such as Splunk, ElasticSearch, or Dataiku is also required. A BA or BS degree is preferred but not mandatory.
