As a UX/UI Designer and Product Owner at Aonic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AI-driven health and wellness platform. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces while also taking on product ownership duties to drive the development and delivery of our product.

Your Responsibilities

Design and Prototype: Utilize Figma to design user interfaces and create interactive prototypes. Leverage Figma's advanced features for collaboration and design system management.

Customer Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights. Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.

Attention to Detail: Craft pixel-perfect designs and ensure consistency across the product. Maintain a strong focus on design quality and user experience excellence.

Communicate Effectively: Present design concepts and research findings clearly to stakeholders and team members. Ensure all communications are clear and effective.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to build solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Iterate based on feedback and foster a collaborative environment.

Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, creating and managing project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Product Ownership: Contribute to product strategy and prioritize design tasks based on user needs and business goals. Understand the product development lifecycle and work towards delivering a cohesive product experience.

Your Profile

Technical Skills:

Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficiency in using tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Excel to analyze complex datasets and visualize insights that drive product decisions.

A/B Testing and Experimentation: Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental methods to measure the impact of product changes and iterate based on data-driven results.

Metrics Definition and Tracking: Ability to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track product performance, user behavior, and business outcomes.

Proficiency in Figma: Extensive experience with Figma for designing user interfaces and creating interactive prototypes. Ability to leverage Figma's advanced features for collaboration and design system management.

UX/UI Design Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience and user interface design. Knowledge of current design trends, principles, and best practices.

Customer Research: Experience conducting customer research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Ability to translate research findings into actionable design insights and improvements.
