IT Operations Director

You will be challenged with shaping, leading and structuring our IT processes consistently work towards refining IT operations to include procedures processes and high quality standards
You will d evelop and manage KPI metrics linked to business outcomes, Lead, coach, teach, and develop team members geared towards IT operations, and d evelop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Work with IT leadership to evolve and support an industry-leading IT organization aligned to organizational values and strategy
Utilize ITSM frameworks, principles, and processes to drive service level consistency
Demonstrate strong IT financial and business acumen by helping to develop budgets, managing and reporting on technology spend, and applying technology life cycle thinking to drive and maintain cost efficient operations
Capabilities Include:
10-15 yrs of experience with a Bachelor's degree. Prefer a Master's degree coupled with broad technical and IT business skills suited to leading a complex IT operations environment, supported by relevant professional certifications and technical credentials
Demonstrated experience in the design and management of networks, systems, applications, cloud platforms and services (Azure/AWS), Microsoft 365, SaaS/PaaS
