Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Account Manager is a motivated salesperson and account manager who will take ownership of sales goals, drive results. This position will help Visory to capitalize on the market shift to cloud services by small and medium-sized businesses. This position will work on any other initiative and ongoing projects as assigned in addition to any other duties the Company may assign.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with leads, prospects, existing clients, and channel partners via email, phone, demos, webinars, and occasional tradeshows

• Educate clients on products and services to increase their value and spend

• Promote and invite clients to webinars/events to educate them on other products and services

• Maintain and update appropriate sales funnel in CRM database

• Work closely with Marketing in order to build campaigns and content for prospect engagements.

• Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships

• Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs

• Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Ability to quickly learn technology and speak with confidence about Visory and our products and services

• Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships

• Exceptional communication skills both oral and written coupled with active listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence

• Exhibit an outgoing, positive, and customer-orientated attitude

• Possess grit and don't shy away from rejection

• Maintain a self-starter mindset

• Ability to manage time effectively to achieve performance objectives

• Comfortable and effective working either independently or as a collaborative team player

• Strong work ethic, are eager to learn and sincerely wish to engage and connect with new prospects

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales or other related discipline strongly preferred

• Preferred 1-year experience as an Inside Sale Account Manager for a SaaS company with proven ability to meet or exceed targets

• Experience using the following tools in the context of sales outreach is preferred: Hubspot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Sales Engagement Platforms
