About the position
The IT Intern, Americas position will get exposure and assist in day-to-day IT operations, end user support, and system administration for Keyfactor’s IT infrastructure. You will also contribute to internal projects that allow you to gain knowledge on a variety of systems.

Responsibilities
Learn to work in and support end users in Atlanta-based office
Learn to work in, support and maintain systems used by end users
Contribute on IT projects
Collaborate with Compliance and InfoSec teams on assisting Keyfactor maintain its security certifications
Skills and Qualifications
The IT Intern, Americas should have some demonstrable previous experience working on their resume
A strong interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to learn new, emerging technologies
Effective internal presence and strong interpersonal communication skills
Effective time management, project management and prioritization skills
Mac OS, Windows desktop support & administration a plus
Networking experience & understanding a plus
