We are currently seeking Property Management Interns for our various residential locations, including: Jersey City, NJ; Queens, NY; and Downtown Manhattan.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service support; including interaction with residents, resolving discrepancies, respond to tenant questions on account status and rent payments.
Provide administrative support and successfully complete assigned tasks and projects.
Maintain and prepare various status reports and track appliance inventory, permits, maintenance schedules and inspections.
Work with web based operation and financial software programs.
Obtain knowledge to comply with all company, local, state and federal safety regulation (i.e., Department of Health, Department of Building, etc); prepare documentation to file for extension to correct disputes or resolve violations and file certifications of completion.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or other majors.
Completed sophomore year required.
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
