About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Inside Sales and Sales Enablement to lead and manage its global sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, increasing market share, and developing strong customer and partner relationships. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of creating and implementing global sales strategies, and working with regional management to ensure the success of sales and go-to-market plans. The VP will also be involved in operational functions such as budget planning, forecasting, and sales methodology development. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 15 years in sales and sales leadership within the networking industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams, as well as experience in global revenue growth and management. Key qualifications include the ability to build and lead inside sales execution, strong demand generation, and sales campaign execution experience. The role also requires technical proficiency to articulate high-level technical features and benefits, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and product management to optimize competitive advantage. The VP will be expected to lead by example, ensuring the alignment of GTM initiatives and maintaining a focus on attracting and developing top-tier sales talent.
