Role Description
We are looking for a Partner Product Success Senior Manager that will play a vital role in leading the development implementation readiness enablement, sales, and pre-sales excellence to grow the Salesforce ecosystem aligned to Industries.
As Partner Product Success Senior Manager you will lead the way in rapidly growing our partner ecosystem’s technical capacity and capabilities to support the tremendous growth in the Industry space. They are accountable for developing and leading the execution of Industry Partner Product Success programs and deep technical Industry product enablement focused on, but not limited to, driving Implementation Readiness.
As part of the Alliances & Channels organization at Salesforce you will be part of a distributed team owning the development of partnerships with our Strategic Consulting Partners and Service Partners. Salesforce is transforming the industry.
Your Impact
As Partner Product Success Senior Manager you will:
Identify top priorities to prioritize, lead, design, deliver, maintain repeatable Industry focused deed technical enablement content, hands-on-exercises, presentations and programs to partner(s) teams that drive certification growth, implementation readiness, customer success that supports product growth, across the C360 globally and in prioritized regions.
Work cross functionally with stakeholders and business partners including but not limited to: Product Management, OU leads, Marketing, other A&C teams, SMEs
Update dashboards and other tracking tools that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investments.
Engage and support the partner community.

Minimum Requirements
Salesforce Administrator Certification
5+ years’ experience in a customer or channel Technical role focused on enterprise level businesses or GSI’s like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, CapGemini, IBM as well as boutique and regional SI’s.
Willingness to travel - 30%
Preferred Requirements
Enablement experience in technical product training
Deep technical Salesforce product knowledge to function as leader / advisor and deliver training to strategic global and regional partners.
Consistent track record to lead, build and implement enablement strategy and deliver technical hands-on enablement.
Executive presence and thought leader with strong Enterprise software market experience and PaaS, SaaS, and or Cloud technology companies.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely decisions that affect cross-functional teams and has substantial impact on investments and program effectiveness.
Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and implement in a changing environment; ability to make things happen
Note: This is an office-flexible role. The expectation is to be in-office 2 days a week when local to an office.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $164,000 to $225,000. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,300 to $206,700. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $164,000 to $225,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
