What You'll Do
Epic is looking for a Senior Creator Success Manager to connect creators with best practices, insights, and programs to accelerate their success within Fortnite. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Creator in UEFN or Fortnite Creative and a passion for connecting with people and helping them grow through strong professional relationships.
In this role, you will
Help shape and execute the vision for supporting our most engaged creators on the platform
Advocate for creator needs with internal teams by becoming an expert in creator experience on the platform
Directly manage a subset of strategic accounts
Collaborate with the Creator Relations and Product teams to leverage creator feedback to inform Fortnite Creative and UEFN Roadmaps
Adopt and develop new operational processes; Document and communicate best practices
Get hands on with creators and teams to solve problems, design solutions, and understand bugs
Lead and mentor a small team, with opportunity for growing the team in the future
What we're looking for
Experience leading and growing small teams
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, hospitality, or other disciplines with strong customer relationships
Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of problem-solving and works proactively to improve processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Driven to do the right thing, ability to prioritize, and taking calculated risks to create maximum impact
You’re user-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we do
Passion for gaming and the gaming community
Previously published creator in any video game ecosystem (bonus points if its Fortnite Creative)
