About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Human Resources for a fully remote role. The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring HR compliance, and managing escalations in both HR and compliance matters. This role also involves direct interaction with staffing customers and end clients, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The Director of HR will be expected to have an extensive background in employee relations and performance management, as well as a solid understanding of labor and employment law to ensure the company's practices are in line with current regulations. The ability to work independently and remotely is a must, and experience in the staffing industry is a definite plus.Applicants for the Director of Human Resources position at the company should have a proven track record as a Director of HR for a large hourly workforce. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR principles and practices, with a focus on employee relations and performance management. Familiarity with labor and employment law is crucial.
