About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President - General Manager for the USA, with a focus on the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, sales, and operationally focused leader, driving the business forward through creative strategies. This role requires a transformational thought leader with a strong sales mindset, responsible for setting the strategic direction for the region, managing the full regional P&L, and leading teams to increase performance. The Vice President - General Manager will interact across the organization, playing an integral role in driving the region forward and ensuring optimal performance.Candidates should have at least 15 years of sales experience, preferably with a financial services background, and P&L experience. A proactive sales mindset, sales management experience, and GTM skills are essential. The role demands collaboration across functions to drive continuous improvements in customer experience, as well as providing leadership and oversight on the region's strategy, people capabilities, and the regulatory environment. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing and developing a team to execute against the sales plan and strategy, as well as setting effective sales plans and targets and managing the team's performance to these targets. Up to 50% travel throughout the northeast region is also expected.
