Messina seeks a Senior Business Analyst for an exciting hands-on role responsible for creating, managing, and supporting first-class Software as a Solution (Saas) technologies. This role will work with business users to define requirements, implement SaaS technologies, and help provide change management of the solutions for our staff, partners, and customers.This role will support the end-user community by delivering day-to-day systems and solutions.
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will provide support service to our staff either desk side, phone, email, or remotely. You will be responsible for analyzing issues and suggesting both short and long-term solutions. You’ll also be responsible for building and maintaining positive and proactive service relationships within the organization through project team membership, proactive incident and problem resolution, teamwork, and effective communication.
Position Qualifications:
3-7 years experience administering, supporting, or managing SaaS technologies and software in information technology.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experienced in owning the business processes, tools, and services related to the delivery of SaaS solutions.
Experience with Requirements Gathering, Project Management, Knowledge Management, and Change Management.
Actively collaborates with IT leadership to ensure business requirements are properly addressed within the enterprise technical framework.
Experienced in creating and maintaining materials to train users on using SaaS solutions.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple vendors, projects, tasks, and shifting priorities.
Comfortable communicating with business leaders across multiple functions simultaneously.
Experience and working knowledge of the Zoom Meetings and MS Teams platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, Web Content Management Maintenance, Cvent, and Power Automate is a plus.
