RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities of the Business Operations Lead include, but are not limited to:
Owns team leadership, management, mentorship, and accountability
Develop playbooks for all departments, ensuring SOPs and workflows are well-documented, streamlined and easily accessible.
Analyze and update forecasted resource allocation and assignments.
Oversees all aspects of government contracts (monitoring, resource allocations, relationship management)
Oversees vendor management (including purchase order management) within TAYS, Inc. internal tools.
Oversee the assessment and upkeep of TAYS Infrastructure Technology Support and Security Services (Microsoft 365 Suite, KnowBe4 (Security Awareness Service), Backupify, LastPass (Password Manager tool), laptop refresh, etc)
Assisting maintenance of ISO 9001 standards Support the initiative of acquiring additional certifications like ISO/CMMI
*This is a full-time, remote role with occasional travel to company events and meetings as needed. Must reside in the DMV area.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
3+ years’ experience of involvement in government contracting (task orders, contract line items, gov con explicit language, fixed-price, T&M, FFP)
3+ years of Operations experience
3+ years of Team Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA) experience
SOP/Playbook Creation and Maintenance
Preferred
Small-Business experience
Project Management Office experience (Project Administration)
IT Industry experience (Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data Mining)
Professional Services experience
Contract Management experience (Contracts, Legal, IT, Vendor Suppliers)
ERP experience (e.g. Unanet)
ISO/CMMI
Desired
Department expansion/creation experience
Staffing/Recruitment experience
Strategy execution experience

SALARY: $95K - $105K
