Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details
Clinical Pharmacist
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm with rotating weekend and holiday coverage
Position Details: Clinical Pharmacist position specializing in Leukemia, Lymphoma and Stem Cell Transplant. This position handles all aspects of medication management for leukemia, lymphoma and stem cell transplant patients.
REQUIRED:
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Doctor of Pharmacy, OR Master's Degree with completion of a residency in the assigned clinical area or equivalent experience.
Two (2) years previous hospital pharmacy experience.
PREFERRED:
Previous Oncology Pharmacy Experience
Experience in leukemia/lymphoma/stem cell transplant
Board Certification
