Customer Service Manager-Must Have Call Center Experience!

Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Manager in Peachtree Corners, Georgia! You will provide leadership to a team of Customer Service Representatives, which will include monitoring performance, process improvement, interviewing/hiring, and working hands on to manage daily activities within the department.

A typical day may include:
Overseeing department administrative activities (and assist as necessary) including but not limited to: accounts receivable, customer service, payroll (time tracking), customer billing and invoicing, and contract processing.
Monitoring the workload of direct reports and allocate responsibilities so that the department is running efficiently. Determining staffing levels and oversee employee scheduling.
Ensuring compliance with company hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies.
Maintaining a positive team culture through building team morale, conflict resolution, training/mentoring.
Acting as a liaison between employees, customers, subcontractors, and management to ensure flow of information within the department is sufficient to facilitate business operational goals.
Reviewing, evaluating, and measuring employee performance against company goals and standards an establish target for improvement when necessary; recommending promotion/job change and/or compensation changes for employees under assigned responsibility on pre-determined and timely basis.
Efficiently supervising, providing leadership for and developing direct reports through effective communication, coaching, training and development for continued success and/or future advancement. Addressing and resolving all employee concerns/issues in a timely manner.
Utilizing company software and proprietary systems to generate department reports in a timely manner.
Ability to work additional hours as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of Supervisory or Management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
Proficiency in MS Office Suites.
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work.
Represent the Company in a professional manner with great customer service and verbal communication skills
