Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / year DOE
VP of Marketing Requirements:
7-9+ years of marketing experience with a significant focus on digital marketing
At least 4 years in a leadership role at the VP level, with proven supervisory skills
In-depth understanding of the franchise business model
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team dynamics and change management
Proficient in ERP systems (Epicore), Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
Background in fitness, health and wellness, or related industries is preferred
Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
VP of Marketing Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals
Lead and mentor a team, managing both direct and indirect reports
Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts with outside agencies
Craft and manage the budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
Serve as the primary liaison with external PR firms to fill PR opportunities
Analyze performance data to inform and adjust strategies as needed
