About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead the strategic vision and execution of the brand's voice and direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for all marketing activities, with a focus on enhancing brand awareness, expanding market share, and boosting customer engagement through cutting-edge, data-driven marketing efforts. From brand strategy to marketing execution, the role is pivotal in ensuring consistent brand messaging and experience across diverse markets. The VP of Marketing will also be instrumental in developing key channel marketing and execution, guiding new store and go-to-market strategies, and fostering partnerships with brands, influencers, and the press. Applicants for the VP of Marketing role at the company must have a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in consumer products/food and beverage marketing, with a specific focus on multi-unit retail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams, comprehensive marketing experience, and strong business acumen with analytical skills. The role requires expertise in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, as well as experience in paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.
