Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

The Recruiter will be a key asset in achieving defined forecasted growth plans for Fire Safety and Protection LLC and will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition within the Human Resources department.

The Recruiter is often the first point of contact for prospective employees so a marketing mindset is imperative to attract employees to Fire Safety and Protection LLC. Our prospective employees are sourced from within a competitive marketplace using tools like HireEZ, LinkedIn, Indeed, as well as BreezyHR Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The right recruiter possesses the ability, acumen, and experience to provide full desk corporate recruiting to attract, source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. One aspect of the position is to fulfill highly administrative tasks, such as entering job descriptions, updating the ATS and various excel spreadsheets, and typing interview notes during interviews. The recruiter has a dynamic and welcoming presence as well as the ability to be consultative with hiring managers during strategy calls and weekly meetings. The Recruiter will work in a high-volume capacity at times, sourcing competitively for skilled labor, operations, sales, corporate and administrative positions in the Fire and Life Safety industry.

Fire Safety and Protection LLC is a dynamic environment that requires a Recruiter who adapts easily to change. The ideal individual will have had experience assimilating acquired companies into the corporate vision, while respecting and appreciating all employees involved. And, the Recruiter will over time develop a pipeline of internal candidates interested in advancing their careers within Fire Safety and Protection LLC.

Responsibilities

Full-cycle high-volume recruiting: holding strategy calls with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening interviews, crafting and presenting qualified profiles, scheduling interviews, and securing signed offer letters.

Serve as first contact for prospective employees: Present the company history, company principles, company culture, and our focus on health and safety.

Create a pipeline of qualified prospective candidates for future hires.

Source creatively using a variety of tools, Boolean search, and company target lists.

Send impactful well-crafted emails that attract candidates and provide the right branding.

Hold strategy intake calls for new requisitions and participate in weekly requisition reviews with hiring leadership.

Perform job requisition compliance activities.

Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create, update, post, and promote open job requisitions.

Keep the ATS applications current with quality candidates by sourcing, screening, presenting, scheduling, and updating candidate progress.

Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of the Human Resources Department.

Requirements

Prefer a combination of agency recruiting and corporate recruiting experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster and develop candidate and hiring manager relationships to successful outcomes.

Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of recruiting experience, including working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Experience recruiting technicians, sales professionals, administrative and operational professionals for technical solutions. Industry experience should include: fire and life safety, HVAC, construction, facilities services, technical solutions, or manufacturing.

Ability with conventional and creative sourcing strategies.

Experience with HireEZ, Indeed, LinkedIn, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word.

Knowledge of current labor laws that pertain to the hiring process.

Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Negotiating, offer letter, and onboarding process experience.

Relationship builder, positive attitude, intrinsically motivate.

Physical Requirements:
