$140,800.00 - $182,600.00 JOB OVERVIEW:
The Director of Revenue Growth Management is responsible for leveraging data, insights, and enterprise knowledge to maximize category revenue and profitability through the analysis and strategic management of pricing, promotions & trade.
In this role, you will drive the RGM transformation across the snack nut category cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Business Insights, Category, Marketing and Sales Operations. You will be expected to deliver accelerated sales and profitability for Blue Diamond through the development and implementation of next generation Revenue Management systems and strategies.
We are looking for an experienced, self-starting, dynamic leader who can integrate RGM strategy and discipline to drive favorable results and exceptional ROI across our snack nut portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Establish and evolve cross-functional RGM processes, cadence, governance, and responsibilities.
Develop short and long-term RGM based strategic plans that align with, and support, established organizational objectives.
Manage RGM team and develop scaled tools and approaches for the business.
Lead change management efforts behind RGM transformation across the business.
Implement and utilize systems as required to integrate category and financial data into revenue management process.
Drive best practices leveraging all RGM levers to accelerate growth.
Build capability within the marketing and commercial organization to deliver successful RGM sell-in as part of a coherent customer and brand strategy.
Lead Trade Strategy Analysis and Planning by Category / Channel.
Manage price and promotion analytics driving category profitability vs. plan.
Advise on new product pricing and price pack architecture and align on customer pricing.
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders tracking performance on all major commercial KPI's. Address gaps to plan. Provide recommendations and strategies to course correct as needed.
MINIMUM JOB EQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree
10 years Experience in Revenue Management, Analytic Insights, Next-Gen capabilities in pricing proximity to data and technology.
Experience in Pricing, Promo, Assortment, Trade Investment, and other Revenue Management Analytical practices.
Strong record in CPG experience.
Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
Ability to develop insight from complex data sets and develop concise, practical recommendations for execution.
Broad multi-channel experience in established CPG preferred
Self-starter and able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment Influencing skills - demonstration of ability to influence Senior Leadership level and across functions
Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
Strong financial acumen required.
Ability to engage stakeholders build trust and collaborate cross-functionally
Proven leadership and people development skills.
Strong advanced analytics acumen
