Position at SBM Management
The Director of Training will be responsible for managing and supporting the teams and assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with SMEs, establish a best-in-class training plan for all levels of a multi layered organization.
Partners with SMEs to evaluate and update existing training curriculum and archive outdated training quarterly.
Own auditing compliance, reporting and accountability of training curriculum.
Establish and align training goals with the strategic goals of the company.
Develop, implement, and manage training programs.
Effectively deploy training programs throughout organization using 4Insite as a platform.
Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
Identify opportunities for new training development and the resources/material required
Conduct position skills gap analyses to determine personnel and training needs
Collaborates cross-departmentally to develop and continuously improve and maintain the training content
Develop a learning culture across the organization that cultivates an engaged workforce
Deploy an effective Learning and Development communications strategy
Partner with technology partners to further build out learning modules within our proprietary software
Remain current on training technologies and trends
Play a critical role in the development of leadership programs for team members
Work closely with leaders in HR and Talent Acquisition to analyze and improve our career development programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Organization Development, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 7+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Direct experience with the analysis, development, modification, and/or implementation of computer based training or other technologically based course programs
Experience working with a culturally and diverse skilled work force
May be required to have a valid driver's license.

Shift: 1st shift
Compensation: $150,000 - $170,00 per year
