You Are:

Youre as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

+ Evaluate customer business processes/Functional Specification and drive ORMB solution.

+ Produce deliverables like Configuration Workbooks, process flows, fit-gap requirements and designs.

+ Configuration of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing Modules for Health payer clients

+ Help client in taking key design decisions based on industry practices.

+ Guide development team with design intricacies and right solution.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

What You Need:

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle Products

+ Minimum of 5 years in Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB).

+ Prior experience in solutioning and design of ORMB for Health Payer.

+ Completed at least 2 full cycle implementation projects in ORMB for Health clients.

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associates Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Bonus Points If:

+ You are able to articulate solutions for Oracle RMB implementation and provide recommendations for business requirements and own proposal responses.

+ You have done hands-on configuration, pricing rules engine setup and handled such implementation for high volume transactions.

+ Aware of integrations with between enrollment systems and financial systems

+ Prior experience in system integration, fit-gap analysis, conversion from legacy systems, exposure to billing, accounting etc. is highly recommended.

+ Strong understanding of ORMB configuration setup like pricing eligibility criteria, Pricing setup (multi parameter pricing, repricing, multi-dimensional pricing, price assignment), TFM Rules, Rate schedule , Account & Customer management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
