In support of our mission, we are seeking a Project Manager, Technical and Operations to join our team.

You are a results oriented professional motivated by completing projects successfully. You are comfortable leading, advising, and supporting various projects interacting across all levels the organization.
About The Job
Support modernizing IT Environment
Lead assorted projects for both internal and external support
Define project requirements, prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, quality control, and risk identification.
Lead project delivery resources/team providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.
Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep project resources informed and aligned. Facilitates project meetings.
Ensure project integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
Reports status and variances. Build action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure approvals, issue change orders.
Assesses change requests to resolve impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree plus at least 10 years experience and able to showcase strong project management skills
PMP certification or comparable experience is preferred
Expertise in virtual environment (Microsoft), working with external support
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Must have excellent judgment and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage others through influence, solid Project Management skills
Able to mentor and lead others through the use of project management best practices
