Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Position Summary
Oversee the successful planning and implementation of sales programs and strategic plans for the Southern Region of Oxford owned and managed communities.
Essential Functions
Leadership
Hire, develop, oversee, and retain exceptional sales talent at the community level
Energize, inspire and coach the sales directors so their community-based teams achieve successful results
Set clear organizational goals and expectations for Community Sales Directors in conjunction with each Executive Director and hold accountability to their performance
Participate in strategic planning with senior management team
Sales
Develop and manage a metrics-driven sales model to measure effectiveness of sales efforts
Develop, monitor and adjust strategic plans as needed to ensure successful performance
Develop insightful and motivating sales training materials to reflect the needs of specified audiences/demographics
Maintain up-to-date industry and technical knowledge affecting the target audience and lead base
Strategy
Consistently monitor competitive landscape, industry trends and sales conditions to identify opportunities, issues and risks to adjust tactics and strategies for sales
Work in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Marketing and Brand and Vice President of Sales to ensure clear strategic plans are in place to ensure successful performance
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors
Successful experience in hiring, training, coaching and motivating sales teams to consistently achieve high performance results
Displays a strong desire to exceed goals and objectives
Strong planning, analytical, and quantitative skills required
Experience with developing sales forecasts and budgets with proven success on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives consistently on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Aptitude to collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to solve practical problems
Demonstrates the commitment to support the mission, vision, and values of the Company
Is flexible and adaptable in work assignments and schedules
Can manage multiple projects with competing priorities

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or a combination of education and successful sales experience
Ten plus (10+) years of progressive sales leadership experience
Five plus (5+) years of Business to consumer (B2C) experience
Five plus (5+) years of industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
Successful experience leading a multi-state sales initiative
Physical Working Requirements
Travel required, including at night, which could reflect up to 50% of work time (If requested, a company credit card will be provided to cover expenses)
Able to do occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends
Team member is subject to outside environment conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change
