Job Title: Senior Website Manager

Accuris is a $500M+ ARR AI/SaaS business that is hiring a Senior Website Manager to lead the technical maintenance and strategic optimization for the business. The Website Manager will maintain the code base, ensure technical functionality, improve site performance, usability, visitor engagement, and make ongoing optimizations for conversion. Working in regular sprints, the Senior Website Manager will continuously make updates and run tests to drive incremental improvements, playing a crucial role in shaping Accuris' online presence and growth trajectory. The right person will maintain the backend, but also focus on front-end optimizations and experience. This person will partner closely with design resources and other Growth Marketing team members to make ongoing improvements to our websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Website Management:

Oversee day-to-day technical operations of the company website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality.

Plan and build out new features and sections of our corporate sites in collaboration with the Design team and other stakeholders across the organization.

Maintain, update, and protect website security.

Monitor, assess, and report on website performance. Monitor site analytics and develop monitoring dashboards for performance tracking.

Website Optimization:

Develop and execute strategies to increase overall web engagement, including optimizing site navigation, content accessibility, personalized user journeys and load times.

Manage analytics tools to monitor user behavior, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize the site for conversion.

Identify opportunities for improving the website's conversion rates through A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and strategic adjustments. Collaborate with marketing teams to align CRO efforts with lead generation goals.

Continuously enhance the user experience by identifying and addressing usability issues and optimizing navigation flows. Conduct regular usability testing and gather user feedback to inform improvements.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align website strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate on campaigns and promotions to ensure seamless integration with the website.

Implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to increase web traffic.

Qualifications: Proven experience in web strategy, web management, and digital marketing, including technical oversight and impact analysis

Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, including JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Deep experience with WordPress and Google Analytics

You possess strong technical skills and have significant hands-on web development experience on a large, public website. Your deep understanding of development enables you to effectively drive the technical direction and decision-making

You are fanatical about details: code style, exact rendering, performance, and good design practices

Previous experience with SEO, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and UX principles

Excellent communication and collaboration

Initiative, reliability and team spirit as well as a good sense of humor and creativity

Proficiency in data analysis, with an ability to leverage insights to drive strategic decision-making.

The Location: Denver, Colorado (Hybrid)

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):

Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan/sales commission plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
