Responsibilities The person in this role will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to raise awareness, engage donors, and support our mission of transforming the lives of men and women experiencing homelessness, poverty, and addiction
The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Communications on the development, creation and implementation of omni-channel marketing strategies
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with Springs Rescue Mission's goals and objectives, ensuring brand consistency and visibility
Assist in managing the marketing and communications team, keeping direct mail, digital, advertising, and special projects on time and on budget
Work with external vendors and contractors for production and other services as determined by Director of Communications
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns and website optimization, to enhance online presence and engagement with target audiences
Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement donor communication strategies, nurturing relationships with existing donors and cultivating new supporters
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with Springs Rescue Mission's mission and objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, direct-response appeals, newsletters, social media, and special projects, to effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization on internal communications and departmental marketing needs as determined by Director of Communications
Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all communication materials, maintaining and enhancing Springs Rescue Mission's positive public image
Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing
Typical office working environment with majority of time spent looking at a computer monitor
Work environment may sometime vary, based on indoor and outdoor events
Salary & benefits include the following: $65,000 $67,000 , DOE
Full benefits package to include: medical benefits with SRM paying 85% of the medical premium, voluntary Dental, Vision, Allstate Accident Plan, SRM-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and AD&D
Also offered are 8 paid holidays, 21 days of accruable PTO, paid "Soul Care Retreat" days (up to 4 depending upon availability), and a 403b retirement plan with SRM-match after one (1) year, 100% vested beginning DOH; (Benefits are subject to change based on reevaluation or benefit plan changes annually.)
Benefits begin at 1st of the following month after completing a full 30 days of employment (I.E. start date 4 January 2023, benefits initiate 1 March 2023)

The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Communications on the development, creation and implementation of omni-channel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a consummate project manager and proactive team-player with a heart for the people we serve and a keen sense of how to acquire, retain and appreciate SRM's donors.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on non-profit or mission-driven organizations.

• Previous development experience and/or previous experience working for a Non-Profit or Rescue Mission desired, but not required.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL FACTORS:

• Typical office working environment with majority of time spent looking at a computer monitor. Work environment may sometime vary, based on indoor and outdoor events. Some travel required, primarily within the state of Colorado.
