Job Position: Website and Email Marketing Manager
Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000 per year.

As a member of the Marketing team, the Website and Email Marketing Manager will work across departments for all properties and agencies to ensure proper messaging is being executed through the various sites and email communications.
This analytical, motivated marketing expert is responsible for the development, execution, and tracking of the hotel and its entities' websites and email marketing programs. This person plays a crucial role in the monetization and usability of the company's website, email, CRM, and multiple systems related applications. This candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of email marketing and website management, as well as an innovative approach to advertising and communicating with customers through digital channels. A minimum of three years of CRM/email marketing experience required.

What you will be doing:
Develop cross-platform email marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement, and ultimately conversion for The Broadmoor and its entities.
Email Marketing/CRM: Develop email content and design and execute all regular and ad hoc email campaigns for the group and leisure markets including newsletters, packages/promotions, sales team support, tennis, retail, as well as The Broadmoor Wilderness properties and Broadmoor Adventures attractions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive e-communications calendar and on-going strategic plan to support the sales, advertising, and promotions strategy.
Partner with the reservations/revenue management team to set and adjust the business rules for triggered email campaigns.
Own customer segmentation scheme and design the segment criteria for leisure and group market email campaigns.
Track and analyze all email and CRM - assessing opportunities and making recommendations for future emails/CRM.
Manage email marketing efforts with partner companies.
Develop strategy and tactics for email address acquisition from marketing, social and cross-marketing efforts.
Implement strategies and promotions under the direction of the VP, Sales and Marketing and Director of Marketing.
Website Management: Continue the improve upon and fine tune The Broadmoor website with Director of Marketing and VP of Sales and Marketing, as well as Broadmoor owned entity websites.
Manage routine website updates for all departments including Golf, Retail, Tennis, Spa, Dining outlets, Wilderness properties, etc.
Maintain and update website for promotional packages and events.
Monitor website and campaign analytics such as site traffic and revenue through Google analytics and Navis.
Manage creation and updates of Navis campaigns and monitor key metrics.
Implement strategies and promotions under the direction of the VP, Sales and Marketing and Director of Marketing.
Keep an active list of all outside sites that contain Broadmoor brand messaging. Manage and update online written content, pictures, and video.
Serve as the lead contact for current brand partnership between The Broadmoor and Cendyn CRM and Website team, The Broadmoor Manitou and Pikes Peak Cog Railway and VERB Interactive, and RocketRez Ticketing & Reservations.
Data Privacy Collaborate with VP, Technology to expedite and manage all Broadmoor entities for data privacy and data rights compliance standards and best practices.
Utilize various systems for simplifying and fulfilling data rights requests in collaboration with the Data Privacy Manager.
Work closely with TAC legal team, Broadmoor IT teams, to map and provide data flows for The Broadmoor and respective brand entities.
Work with Director of Marketing and Director of Communications to execute against online marketing, advertising, and PR plans.
Manage online media library including all photos and video assets.
Work with VP, Sales and Marketing, Director of Marketing and Director of Communications on development and implementation of other projects related to advertising, marketing, and brand management.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; minimum 3 years related experience and/or training in the marketing field, preferably email marketing and CRM experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience. Post-secondary education is a bonus.
Experience building direct marketing strategies for a consumer-facing brand.
Strong email platform knowledge and firsthand experience with executing campaigns, setting up test/control groups, and compiling post campaign analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Vendor/agency relationship/management experience.
Experience with email, mobile, and website operations.
Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Proven ability in developing strong website and email marketing strategies with proven record of success.
Ability to analyze financial reports.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel). Strong comfort level with web technologies. Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platform
Proficient experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as WordPress
A working knowledge of HTML
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (ex. Photoshop, etc.)
