•Oversight of Accounts Receivable

•Oversight of Month End Financial Close Out

•YTD and YOY Budget Tracking •Payroll Tie-Off and Tracking (ADP Champion)
•Review payroll and commission payables/draw statements/reporting champion
•Process 1099/Interest Payments •Quarterly Distributions to Shareholders
•Work with Corporate Accounting Firm on all Tax related issues
•Direct Bill Management
Accounting Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Public Accounting and/or Corporate Accounting
CPA or CPA Candidate Preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and general competency in Accounting Software
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Desire for leadership responsibilities
