We are looking for a passionate Researcher to explore customer preferences and sensitivities across generations and geos to ensure that we're delivering optimal customer experiences aligned with intended business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to deeply understand the user experience of our planned and in-development products

Translate research data into actionable findings that will drive product investments and improvements

Collaborate with product management and commercial stakeholders to identify critical research questions and establish strong relationships for effective communication

Determine the appropriate research methods to apply based on cost, timeline, and the most pressing needs

Design and execute user research studies, analyze and present results

We Are a Match Because You Have:

5 years of industry experience in User Research

Experience in quantitative and qualitative research

Ability to work independently and take ownership of research projects

Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presenting findings
