THIS POSITIN IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD
The **Project Manager Assistant Fuels** reports directly to the DoD Fuels Manager and is responsible for the administrative support to the project and program teams as directed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversight of project administrative activities for assigned team.
+ Ensure all administrative functions are effectively executed to meet project team requirements. Functional task areas include cash flow monitoring, project invoicing, security badging for field teams, subcontract/subcontractor management, procurement functions, logistics support, project documentation/filing, recruiting/HR support.
+ Communicate effectively with assigned team members, as well as management as needed to meet client project/program requirements.
+ Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with team members, vendors, management and other departments.
+ Attend briefings, conferences, and other Government designated meetings as required in the execution of this effort or as requested by supervisor.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of two (2) years’ progressive project administrative support experience in fueling systems repair & maintenance or construction
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Experience working with DelTek and CostPoint Preferred.
+ Experience with managing the work of others.
