THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD
The **Laborer Fuels** duties will include supporting the Foreman and other site supervisors with tasks required to complete all project site work at the assigned location.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supports the project Safety Plan through personal involvement in all aspects of safety, including training and attention to the adherence to safety requirements pertaining to particular trades or skills.
+ Must wear and use all required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, safety shoes, ear plugs, hard hats, etc.
+ Participation in Quality Control and Safety Program.
+ Perform daily checks on company-provided equipment and vehicles.
+ Support other on-site crew members in fueling system maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
+ Operation of typical construction site tools and equipment.
+ Maintenance of construction tools and equipment.
+ Working in confined spaces, as required.
+ Perform debris clean up.
+ Will be required to travel up to 85% of the time throughout various sites in TX, AR, LA, and OK
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
+ Minimum one (1) year experience as a heavy/industrial construction laborer
+ Possess a valid State Driver’s License and deemed insurable under company policy.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Ability to travel up to 85% of the time throughout various sites in TX, AR, LA, and OK
+ Ability to complete OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety Course of equivalent basic orientation and safety training
+ Ability to read, write and receive written and/or verbal instructions in English.
+ Ability to complete Confined space entry training
+ Ability to be trained/certified to operate specialized construction equipment.
+ Ability to use good judgment and common sense when performing job functions.
+ Ability to be punctual and possess the patience to work under stressful conditions.
+ Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
