Desktop Support
Experience with the following technologies/vendors: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft MSSB IT Support VETS 2 RFQ1506163 4 Office 365 (licensing, team/group setup and instruction, live events support, software add-ons), and IBM Security MaaS360/Microsoft InTune.
Configuring software deployment environment to include machine images
Performing computer deployment to support lifecycle refresh
Mobile device provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting, includes Mobile Device Management in general
New user desktop/laptop provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting
Network printer configuration and vulnerability remediation
Performing upgrades of Operating Systems (OS) on workstations
Application license tracking
Unified Communications configuration, and troubleshooting
