Position Description
Manager, Customer Experience Design
The Manager, Customer Experience Design partners across the enterprise to help identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, ultimately leading to long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty using service design, research, insight gathering, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop processes to improve them. Using human-centered/design thinking methodologies, this role is focused on holistic, omni-channel customer experience design. This role requires hands-on strategy formulation, journey and concept design, sprint design and facilitation, knowledge of qualitative research methodology, familiarity with usability testing, and partnering on experience design implementation. This individual will work closely with the sales, strategy, contact center, digital, and marketing teams, as well as other business units to ensure experiences are designed with the customer’s needs in mind. The role reports to the Director, Experience Design.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Design
Hands-on experience designing holistic, B2B omni-channel B2B ecosystems.
Ability to transform tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use service and operational designs through the entire experience lifecycle, for the first-time customer to the tenured customer.
Ability to communicate the initiative and product to others (Business Partners) through consumer journeys, storyboards, ecosystem and service designs, prototypes, wireframes, infographics, and other materials.
Hands on experience using Customer Journey Mapping software (i.e., UXPresia, CX Omni, Suite CX)
Appreciation of innovative technology, marketing strategy, business strategy, as well as business analysis and quality assurance disciplines.

Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in a related field
Bachelor’s in design, Marketing, Customer Experience, Business, Market Research or other related degree
