Our passion is to create an outdoor environment that inspires, rejuvenates and elevates our clients every day. We are seeking a person to represent OEG as the Client Representative to support our property care division.
Opportunity: This role requires a commitment to ensuring employee safety and readiness during daily operations, while also fostering cooperative communication with staff, vendors, and clientele. Bringing clients' visions to life by creating and nurturing award worthy outdoor environments. The Client Representative personnel typically works in collaboration with our property care crew leaders and crew members as a leader and provides direction to ensure company standards and process is followed.
Responsibilities:
Commitment to attending roll out every morning ensuring all employees' safety, security and readiness.
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff, vendors, industry partners and clients.
Understand and help execute our clienteles' vision for property care, creating a client/partner relationship.
Assist in pricing and proposal creation.
Attend weekly safety meetings to reinforce safety protocols and engage in open communication with crews for a deeper understanding of safety concerns and best practices.
Attend all essential leadership meetings to stay informed, contribute insights, and align team efforts with organizational goals.
Proficient on all mowing equipment.
Efficiently maintain a profitable and effective minimum of eight week schedule for all services and contracts for client portfolio ensuring optimal allocation and productivity within BOSS.
Must maintain a minimum of a four month revenue and employee forecast.
Forecast and manage labor demands. Partner with HR to align labor capacities with contractual demands and forecast a minimum of 120 days in advance.
Manage equipment capacity and operational status. All equipment is to be fully operational and in safe working condition. Anticipate additional equipment needs at least 90 days in advance and communicate associated costs.
Collaborate with the Garden Enhancement Representative to offer award worthy landscape enhancements to clientele as necessary.
Be a mentor to associate client representatives, crew leaders, crew members and assist with training and professional development providing guidance with client communication and scheduling.
All equipment, trailers, and trucks must be in good working wonder and organized to the level of best in class.
Collaborate with team members including Annual Flowers and Seasonal Decor, Chemical and Irrigation to ensure every department is in sync with clientele needs.
Review and correct daily timesheets for all team members by the following business day at 10:00am within BOSS and Paylocity.
Attend a weekly meeting with HR addressing staffing, or employee concerns.
Possess BOSS proficiency including contract management, change orders, and scheduling.
Possess strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
Monitor onsite review of all field activity on a daily basis.
Training and Certifications: 3A and 3B Applicators Certification
First AID / CPR Certification
Indiana Accredited Horticulturist Certification
Backflow Certification
NALP - Landscape Management Certification
NALP - Principles of Turfgrass Management Certification
OSHA 10
CCS Card
Qualifications:
Demonstrates strong communication skills by effectively engaging with diverse individuals across various levels and backgrounds. Valid Driver's License with approval from fleet insurance carrier ( Required )
Values client and team satisfaction.
Good attitude, punctual, teachable, and self-motivated.
Landscape design, construction, and horticulture knowledge.
Effective oral and written communication skills (Bilingual is a plus!)
Actively possess 50% of the required training and certifications for this role and obtain the remaining certifications within one year as a Client Representative.
