Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA, 5 days a week onsite

As they continue to grow, their IT Team is focused on modernizing their tech stack and providing white glove support.
Compensation Expectation- $130,000 -$150,000
What You'll Do As an IT Support Engineer
Setting up and configuring and maintaining computers, printers, mobile devices and servers, installing software
General computer and server maintenance
Problem solving on applications, operating systems, printers, and other devices
Trouble-shooting computer and networking issues
Maintaining, Administrating and Monitoring Networks, servers, systems, software and applications
Logging all activities in trouble ticketing system
Communicating with all employees as needed to successfully accomplish duties
Checking backups and other daily maintenance duties
All other duties, projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Strong technical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and the proven experience to interact professionally with customers, team leaders, and executives to resolve service requests in a timely manner
Posses excellent time and task management skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should have experience with the following systems, applications or devices:
Windows desktop operating systems
Mac Operating Systems
Zoom conference rooms
Windows Server 2012 2016
Office 365
iOS, and Android Mobile Device Management
LAN/WAN networking technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory DHCP and DNS
Comfortable with off hour requests and duties as needed
