Our client, a premier manufacturer and industry leader located in the Milwaukee area is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Chief Operations Officer to become an integral leader to develop and execute the vision and strategy for a growing business. · Drives product development and innovation to meet the customer’s needs today and in the future.
· Leverage relationships and contacts in the industry to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
· Supervises the planning and implementation of production plans including sales forecasts, procurement of raw materials, and manufacturing of products.
· Drives operational excellence with complete implementation of lean manufacturing.

Requirements:
· BS in Engineering, Business, or related field.

· Strong general management and demonstrated leadership skills.
· Strong business acumen with a results orientation focus.
· Excellent problem solver to maintain/increase productivity levels to agreed targets.
· Proven experience in implementing metrics across an organization.
· LEAN Manufacturing expert.
· Proven results in growing a business.
