Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Deputy Program Manager to join our team in Springfield, VA . This is an onsite position.

Deputy Program Manager will assist the Program Manager with directing, managing, and administering the accomplishment of all aspects of a Counterintelligence Program. The Deputy Program Manager will provide direct customer support to ensure completion of all program activities within the established budget and schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to::

Develop a methodology for assessing priorities and resources when resolving conflicting project requirements and a process for providing contractor personnel, matching contractor personnel to work areas, retaining, replacing, or removing contractor personnel when required.

Ensure all SOW requirements are delivered in accordance with the Program Management Plan (PMP) with a focus on efficiency, timeliness, and quality.

Ensure services are performed with a depth of knowledge and necessary skill sets required to be effective within the matrixed assignments, which includes the necessary domain knowledge of technical aspects of the programs to which they are supporting.

Identify events or risks that may interfere with the approved schedule and propose options for managing risks and manage the contract to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.

Meet with resource stakeholders for updates on work towards meeting milestones and provide briefing preparation and presentations regarding the program.

Provide SME support for the following activities; Conduct all source intelligence analysis, cyber analysis, and counterintelligence analysis.

Triage data from anomalous events, as collected by approved User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Tool and elevate anomalous events of concern.

Produce Counterintelligence Referral Reports (e.g. investigative leads) to include; Counterintelligence concerns, foreign influence, financial stressors, threats to self or others, and Continuous Evaluation (CE) adjudicative.

Completion of special analytical projects as directed and document all special projects activities via written products and reports.

Development and delivery of professional briefings and reports.

Participation in technical meetings and working groups to address issues related to computer security and vulnerabilities.

Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of counterintelligence experience working with federal law enforcement, IC, cyber security or general law enforcement investigations or operations.

Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience leading a team of 50 or more.

Familiar with the National Geospatial Agency (NGA) organization.

Possess a High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications: Possess Bachelor's degree or higher degree in a business, computer science, counterintelligence, criminal justice, engineering, fraud investigations, information technology, mathematics, or a scientific field.

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
