Commercial Project Manager

Overview:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager that will lead and manage cross functional project teams in all elements of the design, development and execution of the projects for the bioprocessing industry. These elements include scope definition and control, stakeholder alignment, project planning, resource and risk management, project leadership, team development and communication.
Youll be part of an international and cross functional team of 3 highly motivated and collaborative colleagues that is responsible for management of cost and timing of Chromatography and TFF equipment in downstream processing.
Responsibilities:
As Project Manager you will be guiding project team activities to meet project and business objectives, and approval of project recommendations through governance. Followed by:
Independently lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Develop, manage and maintain up-to-date project timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies and resource constraints, applying appropriate project scheduling techniques.
Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders; lead development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning
Lead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among project leaders and other teams, integrate lessons into existing processes, tools and templates
Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
Qualifications:
The successful Project Manager will have excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills and attention to detail. Backed-up by the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Biological Engineering)
PMP or other Project Management certification is preferred with familiarity in standard Project Management tools and templates (MS Project)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technical project management role demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects.
Understanding of management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
