Requirements
+ Previous experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in commercial roofing
+ Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation processes
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong communication and leadership skills
+ Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
+ Proficiency in project management software and tools
+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
+ OSHA certification preferred
