Warehouse Management Position
VPI Compounding Pharmacy we seek an experienced and driven Individual to spearhead our warehouse operations. As a vital member of our compounding pharmacy team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. With a focus on quality control and process improvement, the Warehouse Manager will lead initiatives to uphold our commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical compounding.
Duties and Responsibilities for Warehouse Manager:
Managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including staff, inventory, and day-to-day activities.
Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance.
Regularly communicating with upper management regarding production issues or concerns.
Ensuring compliance with safety and health standards to maintain an accident-free workplace.
Developing workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
Holding staff accountable for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff, including building schedules, fixing time punches, and holding employees accountable for their timecards and shifts.
Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate the reliability of dispensing and shipping processes.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of pharmaceutical shipping processes.
Taking initiative to address issues and make improvements without direct oversight.
Performing other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in related work experience, preferably in pharmaceutical distribution or a similar industry.
Ability to directly supervise employees and effectively manage a team.
Proven general leadership and production management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead teams to achieve operational goals.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels within the organization.

Compensation:
$55,000 - $60,000
Based on candidate's level of experience and skill set.
