IT Support Manager
Our client, a Stamford, CT-area financial firm, is seeking a hands-on IT Support Manager to join their team. This role requires on-site work 4-5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on escalated level support for a Microsoft environment, including O365 and Windows.
Oversee a small team of Support Analysts, handling day-to-day issues and mentoring their professional development.
Manage the support desk, including reports, procurement and vendor management.
Required Experience:
Experience in a smaller financial firm (150-250 users)
Hands-on experience of market data applications (Bloomberg) and supporting a trade floor environment.
Minimum of 8-10 years of IT support and team leadership experience.
Proven experience in implementing policies and procedures, vendor management, and team management.
Willingness to work on-site in the Stamford, CT area most days.
